Important Instructions
Please note that there are a few NEW rules and changes this year, so please read carefully and confirm that you have fully understood the instructions below.
Examinees must report their presence at the reception within the check-in time (10:15 – 11:30). Any examinee arriving later than 11:30 will NOT be permitted to enter or take theexam for that section. NO Exceptions.
Any electronic devices will be turned off and handed in at the reception BEFORE entering the test room. They will be sealed in an envelope and returned to the examinee at the end of the listening test. This includes phones, smart watches, tablets, IC recorders,
cameras, etc.
Online Results will be available around the end of August on the JLPT official website at https://www.jlpt.jp/e/
You will need your registration number and passcode (8 digits). Certificates will be available in October 2026.

Your application will only be counted if you complete it through to the end.
Payments will be made online through FAWRY. Once the application is complete, there
will be NO REFUNDif you decide not to take the test for any reason.
※ JLPT may be cancelled at any time due to unavoidable situations, in which case applicants will be informed, and the fees will be returned.
